In his therapeutic approach, Alex aims to create a relaxed, accepting, and judgement-free space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. He welcomes clients of all ages but primarily works with children and adolescents (ages 7-18), supporting each individual in areas of emotional processing/expression, impulse control, interpersonal communication, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. He's passionate about collaborating with individuals and supporting them in acknowledging and using their unique skills to live happier, healthier lives.
In his free time, Alex enjoys being active (sports, hiking), art, anime, and video games.
