Ashley Timberlake

Ashley is calm and empathetic, with a warm sense of humor that helps sessions feel like an inviting space. She gives clients room to breathe when sharing difficult things and won't push before rapport is built. She works with adults on dissociative disorders and PTSD, including veterans, men, first responders, and women's health concerns, as well as anxiety and mood disorders. When she's not seeing her existing clients, Ashley leads our patient experience team and manages many of our therapists. She loves spending time with her husband and two dogs, going on hikes, filling her home with plants, and watching football.
