Elizabeth Kovalchin

Elizabeth is a supportive, empathetic therapist whose style combines a direct and person-centered approach, sharing tools and psychoeducation while encouraging self-discovery. She works with clients ages 15 and up on anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, grief, and life adjustments, drawing on experience in community mental health with a diverse range of clients, including people with dual diagnoses. Outside of work, you can find Elizabeth traveling, attending sporting events, seeing movies or arranging flowers.
