Rebekah Aldridge

Rebekah is warm, empathetic, and supportive. She works with adults on addiction, trauma, complex medical issues (including parents of children with medical issues), life transitions, and spiritual trauma, and is open to incorporating faith into sessions. Before moving into counseling, she spent 15 years working in human resources. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends, taking care of her dog, Koda, doing puzzles, and listening to Audio Chuck true crime podcasts.
